New Boston Hardware is owned and operated by Steve Young. Steve has always worked in retail and for the majority of the time, he was in a hardware store setting. He has always enjoyed being in retail and providing excellent customer service to those needing his help. He envisioned his future being able to provide services and products to his hometown community and offering his knowledgeable advice for anyone that came into the store. We love the challenge of being able to help you with a problem or issue that we have never heard of before. We learn together, creating that bond which lets us know we are doing our best!
